How to keep photos on Adobe cloud but not local storage on iPad?

I use Lightroom on my iPad to work with my raw photos, but my iPad only has 32GB of internal storage.  With my Adobe subscription, I have 100GB of storage in Adobe's cloud.
How can I store most of my photos in Adobe's cloud and not on my iPad, and only keep current photos that I'm editing on my iPad?
Thanks!

All the photos you import into Lightroom Mobile will sync to the Cloud.

Once synced, the full resolution originals will automatically be cleared from the cache, leaving lower res Smart Previews and thumbnails within the app. The full res photos are replaced locally in situations where newer photos are imported plus when certain edits are made that require the full res.

Once syncing is complete you can also manually Clear Cache in the settings.
