How to make template for frames for photos in LR, og PS

Hi,

I want to make a signatur frame I easily can apply to my edited photos no matter size in one of my package programs LR, PS most likely. I was told of program for Windows in Corel that does this very easily called PainShop Pro but it only works for Windows.. I work only Mac 😞  br. Asger
