How to Move Lightroom to a new Mac?

I am using the latest version of Lightroom on MacOS Monterrey (12.6 bboth systems). I recently acquired a new Mac (yaaay). I've installed the Adobe Creative Cloud components on my new system. On my old Mac there is a 41GB file called Lightroom Library.lrlibrary, while the new one on the new computer is 2.1GB. Is there an import or migration feature? It looks like most of the photos in my Library are there but it's hard to tell. Thanks for any guidance.

All you need to do is install Lightroom from creative cloud app. It will create a new lrlibrary file for you that just contains the library and some previews. It will download full files on the fly for you and will grow as you use it dynamically. The lrlibray file on your other computer was just bigger because it has some downloaded raw files and smart previews in it that are temporarily stored. This is the whole point of the cloud connection that it can dynamically manage what is stored locally and you don't have to have all your files on your internal disk all the time.

    Are you synchronized to Lightroom Classic CC on your desktop? Where are the images stored?
