How to open add photo from devise file option

Hey there. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. I guess you're working on Lightroom Mobile.

In the Device/Gallery view, the Add photos button won't appear. You can select images in the Device view by long-pressing any image & then using the Import button.

You can also switch to the Lightroom view, and you'll find the blue Add image option along with Lightroom's in-app Camera button.
