How to recover a preset

Hello! 
I downloaded a preset on my free Lightroom and I used to have it in all my photos on the beach. I had to disable some apps due to the fact that my phone storage was almost full. When I could download it again and I added my account, there wasn't any presets or photos in the app. It was like creating a new account, but I don't understand why, as I added the same informations of my old account. I would like to know if I can recover this preset that I really love and, don't know how, I lost.
