How to recover deleted albums and folders?, Lightroom cloud

I deleted a folder and all the albums it contained in Lightroom cloud using the desktop app on Windows.

I didn't got an spcial advise, that it is critical and can not be restored. The photos are still in Lightroom. Can I restore the folder or the deleted albums? I found a way to restore deleted photos at Adobe and on the Internet, but not folders and albums. I found no references to deleted albums and folders in the Lightroom standard album  for deleted Photos.

Ich habe in Lightroom cloud über die Desktop-App unter Windows einen Ordner und alle darin enthaltenen Alben gelöscht. Die Fotos sind noch in Lightroom enthalten. Kann ich den Ordner oder die gelöschten Alben wieder herstellen. Ich habe bei Adobe und im Internet die Wiederherstellung von gelöschten Fotos gefunden aber nicht von Ordnern und Alben. In dem Lightroom Standard-Album "Gelöschte Fotos" habe ich keine Hinweise auf gelöschte Alben und Ordner gefungen
