How do I remove the annoying blue add banner "Dear... please download lightroom cc to your mobile device"... in lightroom cc 1.4

    Thanks for the update. Could you please sign out and sign in from the Lightroom CC desktop app and check if you receive any ad banner? Also, please share the screenshot of the banner with us?

    actually it dissapeared after 3 days and multiple sign in and outs... ha

    You’ve posted to a very old thread. It is highly unlikely that the issue described in this thread, though not impossible, is the same issue which you are currently experiencing. Rather than resurrect an old thread that is seemingly similar, you are better posting to a new thread with fresh, complete information including system information, a complete description of the problem and step-by-step instructions for reproduction.

    Hi arnhei,

    Could you please let us know the exact version of Lightroom you are using now? Are you using Lightroom for Desktop or Mobile?

    I am using Lightroom cc 1.4 on dektop - win10. Since 2 days (after the update on version 1.4) everytime I open LR I'm getting these anoying blue ad-banner to download Lightroom on my mobile and I cant find a way to remove it
