How to Reorder Photos within an Album

How do you reorder photos within an album? I've tried drag & drop, searched the drop down menus, looked at the "Custom Order" option at the bottom of the screen (what does this do?), searched the FAQs, etc. and can't move the photos around. New user (obviously). Thanks.

Hi Charles - I was able to change the order in the web version but not the desktop version. Not sure if this is a bug. Maybe another ACP will confirm?

The custom sort order will honor the changes made elsewhere... on another device or Lr Web (browser)

Yeah, it's not in CC Desktop, don't think it's a bug, just hasn't made it there yet I guess.

Photo Editor | Online Photoshop Lightroom is the best option, but I think you may be able to edit the order within Albums in Lightroom CC iOS also.

First of all, is this a Lightroom question? You don't actually state that it is.

There are no features called an "album" in LR.

What actual feature are you talking about. Please use the LR name of the feature. Collection, smart collection, folder, etc.

Oops. Sorry. As mentioned, I'm a beginner w/ Lightroom. Yes, on Lightroom CC. When I file my photos, there is a category for "Albums", under which "Folders" are created, where photos are organized. Thatt's what I'm talking about.
