How to restore data

The data from my previous iPhone didn't synchronise with my new iPhone and it's not available in cloud storage. Can I restore it?

If you are a customer with an active subscription and were fully synced on your older device, logging into Lightroom on your new device using your subscribed Adobe ID and allowing time for the data (pictures and presets) to sync down should restore you.
