How to retrieve missing files in Lr mobile

Question

My Lr app went missing. Not sure if I accidentally unisntalled it or it crashed. I tried to reinstall but all the files and folders are no longer there. How to retrieve the missing files. I used android mobile. Please help.

Do you have one of the Adobe subscription plans, or are you using the free version of LrMobile?

If you have a subscription, and your cloud syncing was up to date, then provided you login with the same Adobe ID after the re-install all your image files will still be available from the cloud.

If, however, you are using the free version, then I regret to inform you that unless you had a backup of the phone taken before the re-install then all your image files are gone. They are only stored within the app's space on the phone and are automatically deleted when the app itself is deleted.
