How to save both edited and original to jpeg

How to save both edited and original to jpeg, we did a photo booth for some friends and edited all the photos for them. We are sticking them on a thumb drive for them and would like to give them both copies. Now we do have the originals on the sd card still so ill just copy those over. But in the future what is the best way to save originals on multiple photos post edit?
