How to solve issue that "1 of 1 could not be imported because they are ither duplicate or invalid"

When I try to import in Dng file, the give me the following error, although it's my Owen personal and valid presets. Plaease fix it.

Presets supplied as DNG type files are in fact a 'photo' type file with develop settings embedded in the metadata.

You first add/import the DNG as you would any camera photo, after that you edit the 'photo' and save the edits to create the Preset.
