How to store edited photos in desktop file

I have the cloud-based Lr. I want to be able to save an edited photo to my desktop so I can more easily email or post it to social media.

Is there a way to name that file when storied so I am not hunting through image #s?

Use the Custom Settings option when exporting the edited photo, that gives you the option to use a custom name (with a sequence number) for the exported file.
