How to transfer Lightroom CC to new account?

I use Lightroom CC and about 2tb of photos are in there. All my photos are arranged in structured albums. My account is paid for by my school which I juste graduated from, so it will soon be deleted. I want to stay on Lightroom CC. I want to know how I could migrate from my school account to my own account without too many problems. I have a 4tb ssd if needed. I just want to transfer my things and not lose my photos and my album structure. If you can help me, tank you very much

Not a common question, but an answer from Rick Flohr is to be found here-

“In order to migrate an account, the destination account must be completely empty.
Contact Adobe Customer Care with your request and to verify ownership of both Adobe ID's. “
