How can i update my LRCC on MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) MacOS Sierra?

You cannot update Lightroom (no longer called LRCC) to the latest version (5.3) as your operating system it too old. Only the latest three versions of MacOS are supported, i.e. Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey. So either update your OS to one of those three software versions or you will need to stay at the current installed level (presumably version 3.x).
