How to upgrade Lightroom plan?

Question

How can I upgrade Lightroom plan? I don't have the option to Manage the plan (as it is in the instruction, completely useless instruction). So I found I need to cancel the plan and buy new one. But then I need to pay over 60EUR just for cancellation! Makes completely no sense. Is there any way to upgrade it quickly without any extra charges? I really need my Lightroom

Your issue can best be resolved by contacting Adobe Customer Care at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html . Click on the live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chat bot.
