How to use Light room to edit images

Greetings. My name is Olayemi.

I need a free Light room app to be used for editing images. I downloaded Lr on play store, but when I wanted to use it, it indicates it's a  premium. Please how can I get a free Light room app for editing images and any other free app for editing images.
