What is "the other device"?

If a PC or MAC, then install the CC Desktop App and install Lightroom v4.4

If a mobile device- iPhone, iPad, Android phone,-  Install the Lightroom App.

You need to use the same Adobe ID and Password to sign-in on all devices.

"lightroom.adobe.com" is the site for accessing your Cloud library in a Web Browser (on any device), but again you must use your correct ID and password.

Thank you. And Ohmygosh I see what happened. I accidentally put the images on my work/school account, and not the private one I just set up for our family genealogy project. Thats why I didn't see my photos where I expected them. Got it. Much appreciated!
