I am having issue I purchased the Lightroom subscription with my Apple ID but I am not able restore

    Hey, ​@MinhNguyen071991. Welcome to the Lightroom community. I reviewed your account for the community and found no active subscription or transaction for Lightroom. 

     

    The respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. I see that you’ve already contacted Apple and our support channels. Please wait for our team to respond to you via email.

    I purchased Lightroom via Apple App Store.

    Apple confirmed the subscription is active.

    I sign in to Adobe using Google or Facebook I don't remember, but no subscription appears.
    I can’t restore purchased
