I am not able to download detect object feature in lightroom app

Hey, @maitreya22. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've moved your post to discussions for now.

Please go to Lightroom preferences from the hamburger menu (horizontal lines) in the top left of the Lightroom interface, and enable Use Cellular Data.
