I am struggling to find a fix that my Windows ARM computer only uses the CPU instead of the GPU when using AI Denoise.

I have turned on use graphics processor, I have tried to delete the camera raw cache, my windows ARM computer still uses CPU instead of the GPU or NPU resulting in incredibly long AI denoise times, is there any fix or expected update where this might be addressed,

    How much RAM does your machine have? There is a known minimum requirement for 24GB RAM on ARM Devices as discussed here:
