I am told that I have to reactivate my subscription

Bonjour,
Je paie chaque mois la licence pour formule photo.. Et je recontre souvent un problème : on m'indique que je dois réactiver mon abonnement, impossible d'utiliser le logiciel. Pourtant mon dernier paiement était le 3 mars 2025...? Que faire ????

In the chat field (lower right of screen), Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot.
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
