I am unable to import photos which were synced but now have been deleted.

I had to import thousands of photos into lightroom again after I reset my windows as it was facing some problems. I don't use lightroom's sync feature bc the storage they give is really terrible. But the last time I reset my pc, I failed to notice and pause the sync in my device. Some 96 GB worth of photos of had been uploaded until I noticed and paused it. Long story short, idk if this is the reason behind it but lightroom always tells me those 15 photos are duplicate when they are not in lightroom. Is there any way to override this dialog or add the photos in lightroom forcefully.
