Hi there,

 

Welcome to the Adobe Community.

 

We're sorry for the trouble you're having with Masking in Lightroom Mobile on the iOS platform. Is it happening on all the images? Have you tried restarting your iPhone after you bought the subscription? Restart your phone and Lightroom Mobile and check if that helps. Also, do you know if other premium features are working or not?

Yes,on all, i tried to reset and

uninstall and it didn't help
