I can not add photo into my Lightroom..

I have a vaild subscription of Adobe creative cloud.But when I donwload Lightroom from mac app store, the add photo button is grey and browse local photos and files do not display on the window.

 

However,Apps download by Adobe creative cloud,such as Photoshop,lightroom classic,Premium can use normally.

Your account is linked to a business/institutional account which is managed by your institution's Adobe Administrator. You will need to contact them to see:

 

  1.  Are syncing services allowed by your organization?
  2.  Is your specific account has been provisioned to use them?

Hi,

 

I am also facing this issue in Windows too. I am also using the latest one with valid subscription.
