I can not upgrade the lightroom app to Premium Features.

I can not upgrade the lightroom app to Premium Features. Every time I try it says can not complete purchase. I am signed into the right account. My credit card is good. I have a Samsung S20. It keeps saying to contact customer service for more info however I can not find a phone number anywhere. Error: B7024/P/15UNK

    You want to ask in the Lightroom (ecosystem) forum. You are in the Lightroom Classic forum and your question is not about Lightroom Classic.

    This seems to be a Lightroom question rather than a Lightroom Classic issue (wrong forum).
