I can't add photos in lightroom 8.4

Hello, for some time now, I have not been able to add photos in Lightroom version 8.4. The button to add is gray and cannot be clicked. I also cannot see photos that were already in Lightroom, and it takes a very long time to turn it off. Photoshop works normally. I have the official version from the package for individual users with 1TB of cache, and I am running on Windows 11. I reinstalled the application, tried older versions, logged in again, and nothing helps. I had a similar problem some time ago, and after a few days it fixed itself, but I cannot wait a week every time to process photos, and in Lightroom, I have presets that I need. What can I do about it?

I found the cause. As it turned out, the problem was the connection to the Lightroom server. I don't know why, but suddenly the Adobe program stopped working correctly on a cable internet connection. When I changed to wi-fi, everything works as it should.

Hi @RaV|, welcome to the community and sorry to hear you've been having trouble with Lightroom.

When you click in the spot where the photos should be in the grid, does nothing happen or do the photos open?
As a first step, I recommend resetting your preferences. It's a good way to return the app to its default state in case something behind the scenes got corrupted. Here's how to do that: https://adobe.ly/3GtYTH2

If that doesn't help, could you share your System Info? You can find it in Lightroom by going to Help > System Info. Just copy the info into a text file and attach it to your reply, or share it through Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any file-sharing service you prefer.

I reset my preferences and still same problem, there is my system info.
