I can't edit images, I can move the tools but nothing happends to the image.

Whe I move the edit handle tools in LR nothing happends to the image! I have contacted Adobe support three times but the asisstents can't solve the problem! They have disable the Graphic Processor, let me start LR with shift+alt and also change something in the library/registry (?).

Sometimes the tools in LR works for a short while, then they are locked again!

I use LR ver. 6.0 and Windows ver. 11.
