I can't export photos to my hard drive

Hi Rebeca,

Was the photo you are trying to export synced from Lightroom Classic by any chance? As this would only sync lower res Smart Previews and the original will be required.

As Theresa says, some screenshots would be really helpful.

Exported photos are usually saved to the Pictures folder. Look for a sub-folder such as Lightroom Saved Photos.

What steps are you taking to export the image. If you share screen captures of your workflow, and the error message we might be able to help figure out the problem.
