I can't open lightroom.adobe.com I only get three animated dots in the center of the screen.

When I try and go to Lightroom on the web to look at synced files, the browser window opens but only get three animated dots in the center of the window.

    I just tried to log in on a different computer and was able to get into lightroom.adobe.com.  So now my question is, what setting or dll is missing that doesn't let me login on this computer?

    Problem with logging into photoshop web was security settings with anti-virus.
