I can't restore my purchased premium account

Yesterday, I accidentally sign out my account in Lightroom. And I tried to sign it again but it can't restore my premium subscriptions.

    Your picture shows a message about the Google play store... you need to contact Google for help

    if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

     

    if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

     

    if that fails, change the install location
