I Can't Restore Purchase in-app.

It happened on iPhoneX

I paid for upgrading and it spinning that nothing happen on application. Then i try to uninstall it and reinstall to try again.

But I can’t restore purchase in-app.

It happened as the same at first. After pressing restore purchase button, it spinning and nothing happen on it.

Hello, can you help with this? I doned every step in this forum, login logout uninstall cancel subscription and add it again but still cannot get the subscribtion package 🙃 Login with apple id. Logout apple id and login again also wont help

I'm getting the same issue. I've read a lot of the Adobe forums, seems like the only way it's resolved it by the Adobe rep reconnecting the account between Adobe and the Apple app store? Please help!

Hi Helen

I see an account for you that does appear subscribed.  Are you signing in using the same email address that you used to sign into the forums here?  Does relaunching the app help?  Or, as long as you have no new photos or new presets waiting to upload from your device, does a reinstall of the app help?

Hello, I'm having the same issue. I have tried logging into LR mobile with this email but am getting the same "Duplicate Purchase" message when trying to restore purchase.

Yes, you are using more than one account, and that message indicates you are trying to apply the subscription on a second account, which is not possible.  Please check for a private message from me with more info.

Hello!

 

I have the same problem as users above. Iphone 7 problem.

 

I paid for upgrading (I have received email from apple account) and it spinning that nothing happen on application. I already try everything - uninstall it and reinstall it again, log out from Apple ID... but nothing hapens. Just spinning and spinning.

 

Please help.

Hello,

I am using a lightroom on my iphone and my purchased was expired, so when i want to renew my subscription the lightroom app said your subscription  are successfully set and they took money from me, but the features does not working, and when i go to the account setting and press on restore purchase the screen shows it is louding and nothing happen ! what can i do!

Hi Memeh, I replied to some older posts from you back around Sept 8, but our forums tool has changed so I am sorry if the message got lost. In your previous post, you said you saw an error: "duplicate purchase" . This means you are signing into the wrong Lightroom account. I will send you a direct message to share the account you should sign into.

You do look subscribed according to our servers.  Please be sure your are signed into Lightroom using the same email ID I see for you here.  I'll send you a direct message with some additional info.

I have lightroom mobile, i pay a monthly subscription and somehow now says that my subscription is expired I tried to “restore purchase “ but get stuck for hours in the loading page . I tried log in and log out... i need a quick solution

Same problem, using the same adobe ID as my purchase through Apple. Adobe chat was no help. Can someone please assist?

I have unfortunately a similar problem. I am paying for the premium version since months but I can’t have access to it because when I want to update my old purchase it tells me I already made the purchase with another ID. But I checked it thousand times, it is the same ID as my aplle ID. Don’t know where to find help!

im begging you fix this issue.  I’m having the same issues.  I have been paying and using this subscription for 12 mths and now it doesn’t work even though I’m paying.  Can you please fix the problem.  I have done every single troubleshooting thing you are telling everyone on these forums and nothing works.  iPhone xs

Yes it’s working however I just checked my card and I have 3 transactions pending for this subscription.  That means I’m getting charged 3 times for the month of July for just Lightroom.  That’s not right.....
