I can’t save a preset

I recently bought a preset pack of 32 presets, save them all to my files, then uploaded them into an album in LightRoom. When I started to click on each one and "create a preset" it worked for the first 4 then after that it won't let me create anymore presets and I still have all the rest of them to do! Please help.
