I can’t save an image raw edited in hdr

I have tried to save an image raw into hdr. When I try to save the photo the app say rendering and I can't save it. I have tried saving with other formats different from jpg as suggested by the app but I can't. I can only see and save the sdr version.

why? The image edited into hdr is amazing you can see the light and shadows of The Sun. 

is it my fault?

    If you tap on the Lightroom app's cloud icon when viewing your image, does it say Smart Preview or Original.  Does it help if you 'Get Original?"

     

    Also, seeing a screenshot of the error you mentioned might help us understand what's happening.

     

    One last thing: what kind of file is the source image?  Does it come from iPhone, or some other camera?
