I can't scroll zoom with the mask panel open any longer since updating to 9.3.1

I updated to 9.3.1 today and now when I have the masks panel open I can no longer use alt+scroll to zoom (this was ctrl+zoom up until this version, no idea why they decided to change it without telling anyone but I figured out it is now alt from experimentation). I now have to switch to the edit or crop panel etc in order to scroll zoom, which really slows things down. Why make the user experience slower and less cohesive? Am I not giving you enough of my money?

The scroll wheel for zoom being disabled in the Mask view is by design and is a consistent behavior in Lightroom Classic, too.

seeing the same issue. can’t zoom when masks is open. when masks is closed the scroll wheel does nothing (with cmd, ctrl, or alt), but I can still click on the picture to zoom.

Thanks for reporting this. I can understand how frustrating it is when a common workflow suddenly changes after an update. Could you help confirm a few more details?

Are you on Windows or macOS?
In 9.3.0, Ctrl + scroll worked while the Masks panel was open, correct? And now in 9.3.1 it no longer works?
Does zoom still work normally when the Masks panel is closed?
When Masks is open, does the scroll wheel:
- do nothing,
- scroll the mask list,
- Or do something else?
Can you share a small video of the issue?

These details will help us understand the issue better and help you accordingly.
