I can't see the people I haven't tagged / named yet in the "People" feature

I recently reactivated "People View" on my Adobe Photoshop Lightroom (v 6.1) but hadn't yet gotten round to tagging everyone I needed. Now that I've returned to finish that the folders with all those I haven't tagged yet don't appear anymore. I can only see the people I have already named or tagged. I've had a look at the different options on the page but no solution so far! 

Please help?
