I am a mobile lr user. My phone has ios operating system. I can't load xmp files. Will lightroom solve this problem in the coming days?

No, that will not be solved in the coming days (I assume you are talking about importing presets and/or profiles), but that might be added in some future update.

A mobile Lr user- Free or subscriber? Apple or Adobe? Lr Version Number?

XMP files- For what purpose? There are several varieties of .XMP.

Lightroom-mobile requires that Develop Presets be added to Lr by importing DNG type files that have embedded edits that can be saved as a Preset. Are you trying to Import Presets?

I am a paid LR mobile user. I want to upload a file with xmp extension, not a dng file. While this event is easy on android devices, it is very difficult on ios devices.
