I cannot downoad the photos from light room movile

When i want  to download the photo the app show me a message "interpreting" and the pichtura does not get downloaded

    Assuming that it's all photos and not just that one, have you tried clearing the cache in Lightroom's Settings, restarting the device and also I assume there's enough storage on the device?
