I cannot find RANGE MASK IN LIGHTROOM WEB BASED

I am using WEB STORAGE based LIGHTROOM, but i cannot see RANGEMASK in it...

Which version of lightroom supports RANGEMASK?

And where can i download that version?

You would need to use Lightroom Classic as Range Mask isn't a feature in the Cloud Based Lightroom yet.
