I cannot get Canon Print Studio Pro to download into Lightroom or Photoshop 2024

I cannot get Canon Print Studio Pro to download into Lightroom CC or Photoshop 2024.

I have exhausted all the suggestions from Canon.  This seems to be an Apple issue.  Interestingly, earlier today it was working well.  To my knowledge I did not change anything.  I have also rebooted my iMac several times and no success.

I am running Ventura 13.6.1

Help please
