I cannot toggle my Lightroom 2025 UI from dark to light

According to everything I've read, I should change the interface by following the Adobe Lightroom > Preferences > Interface and finding a dropdown menu that allows me to toggle the color scheme for the UI. But it is nowhere to be seen, and I've tried searching the support forums for help, to no avail.

Can anyone tell me what's going on?

I'm on a MacOS Sequoia 15.5.

TBMK Lightroom (the Cloud based app) does not have this option.

You may have been reading about the options in Lightroom-Classic (the local folder based app).
