I cannot upload my new photo after update 20 Jun 2020

I have problem with upload my new photo since 20 June 2020, The program is always showing the text "Checking free space on disk" and unable to connect to the net work. Now I can do only restart my computer and open Lr again then ok but for a while return the problem.

How can I solve this problem?
