To add to Charlie's post, some items listed in the App Store are legacy plans that can no longer be purchased. Some return to active status, some do not.

I don't think it's possible.

I believe the Mobile Plan is 100gb in most territories and the Lightroom Plan that includes Desktop is 1TB or upwards.

The size of your desired storage isn't something that can be chosen.
