I cant renew my subscription om lightoom app

I am not able to renew my subscription on lightroom. I paid for two months already without being able to use the app! Everytime I press "renew" it gives an error and says to contact helpcenter. 
please help to solve this

I replied to your separate post, but not can't find it, so I'm following up here.

I forwarded your issue to our server team, and they have fixed your account.  You should see your Lighroom Premium subscription working normally now.

If you've experienced over this last weekend, we apologize and believe we have now resolved the issue. Please let us know if you are still not able to access Lightroom Premium service.
