I changed my college license and paid for the photo only plan and lost all my photos.

I recently changed my university software license plan to a paid photography only plan, but in doing so I lost all my photos. I thought the change only affected the features, but now I can't find my images in the cloud or local files. I don't know if it was a data migration problem or something about the new plan.

Has anyone had this problem, how do I get my pictures back? I have tried contacting support, but have not received a response.

It is possible to have your previous account moved to your new account provided: 

  1.  You have permission and access from your institution who holds your previous account.
  2.  Your new account is empty. 

 

This type of account migration is handled through Adobe Support whom you've already contacted.
