I changed my college license and paid for the photo only plan and lost all my photos.
I recently changed my university software license plan to a paid photography only plan, but in doing so I lost all my photos. I thought the change only affected the features, but now I can't find my images in the cloud or local files. I don't know if it was a data migration problem or something about the new plan.
Has anyone had this problem, how do I get my pictures back? I have tried contacting support, but have not received a response.
