I get pics in blue or green back

When I use Ruis verminderen I get pics in blue or green back, what s wrong with this program so annoying I pay enough to have it working fine1.jpg

At this stage, the screenshot shows a common dialogue that should appear when the AI settings need an update.

Please share more details, such as the version of Lightroom and the operating system, along with video recordings of what you see.
