I got hacked

Sorry for the long post, I don't know how to simplify sentences. I've already tried everything so this is my last resort.

Hi,

More than two weeks ago, I lost access to my beloved Adobe Lightroom Mobile premium account. Since then until now, I've been contacting Adobe customer support but nothing comes out of it. I was suggested by Google customer service to email to this address to get further assisted.

What happened was, on October 9th, I received an email saying that my Adobe ID email address has been changed from this email address to <tuhin76544398988@rustyload.com>. Did not read the email until two days later because Gmail though it was spam. The new email address is not mine, nor do I know whose email address it is. I lost access to two of my Adobe services (Behance and Lightroom Premium). Managed to recover my Behance account but can't say the same thing for Lightroom. 

Tried to restore purchase but it says I cannot. Also when I tried logging out and in to the app, i kept getting greeted by this "Different user account found". Since I have talked to Adobe customer support agents (6 different agents at this point), they all say they couldn't help me get my account back, so I cancelled the subscription (I can't even use the app so why am I still paying right?). I tried to resubscribe, and it says 'duplicate purchase'. I am lowkey lost at this point because I love the app, but because of the hacker, I've went through two weeks of unsatisfactory customer support from Adobe.

Hence, I have a couple of things that I need help with;

1. Can I get my original account with all my 500+ photo edits back? The one that has been hijacked by <tuhin76544398988@rustyload.com>. 

2. If 1 does not work (which I hope it does work), can I at least be able to resubscribe to LR premium and not have to deal with *<tuhin76544398988@rustyload.com> anymore?

I'm somebody who works in the creative industry. So losing my works are is really a depressing thing to go through.

P/s: One thing I know about the <tuhin76544398988@rustyload.com> email address is that it has been suspended by Adobe, but it still holds the access to my Adobe Lightroom.
