Question

I had over 11k preset loaded on my account and its gone.. I also cant reimport them or any preset why is this

Hallo 

 

I would please like help as I have tried everything that google and Chatgpt had. I lost all my preset when and I cant seem te re-import them I over 11k presets and non of them want to import please help

    Hey, ​@BernadetteB1. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've checked the account you're signed in with and located a few cancelled plans in your account. 

    If you’re signed in to Lightroom using a different account, the presets might not show up.
