Hey, @lens light37777540adaj. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've checked the account you're signed into the community with, and you've just subscribed to Lightroom today.
Did you have an active subscription to Lightroom before you reinstalled it? If you were logged in to Lightroom mobile with an email account that had an active subscription, the images, edits, and the rest of the data would have synced to the cloud.
