    Hello @Adorable_Hummingbird5D22

This is a user-to-user support forum.  It seems like you are saying your annual subscription was cancelled unexpectedly.  To me this sounds like a mobile subscription that is billed monthly.  Usually, unexpected cancellations seem to happen because of payment hiccups, or message interruptions before App Stores and Adobe’s systems.

My recommendation: please contact Adobe Support at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
...and in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT to and ask the agent if there’s anything they can do to restart the subscription or if you need to cancel and resubscribe on your device.
